PCSAR's indoor meeting is usually the second Wednesday of each month at the Latah County Fairgrounds' main building in Moscow, Idaho. Training follows a short business meeting.
Outdoor training is usually the Sunday following the indoor meeting, but see the schedule for variations.

In March, PCSAR's annual meeting is usually held at a local restaurant. Contact an officer after the February meeting to find out the location.
In September the practice has been to gather for a potluck supper, with no business meeting.
All PCSAR members are expected to complete two online courses related to search management:

The course can be taken online or you can download the material and study it that way. An online final examination is given. When you pass it you receive an emailed link to a certificate that you should print and save.
